Rockjaw Invitational Clay Target Shoot

Rockjaw Tours in conjunction with Furneaux Field & Game  Association held the inaugural 2 Day shoot on Flinders Island on  September 10^th and 11^th 2011 .

There was 61 shooters in attendance and a wide variety of targets were shot over the two days.

After 150 targets the winners of

 AA/A grade Robert Sturzaker

B Grade Steve Crawford

C Grade    Joe Crawford

They went into a shoot off of 25 targets for this shoot off they were handicapped on the score they shot over the two days.

Robert on a handicap of 1, Steve on a handicap of 2 and Joe on a handicap of 5.

After 25 targets Robert and Joe were equal and shot off another 50 targets before Robert came out as the winner.

This was a remarkable effort on Joe's behalf as he has only 13 years old and has only been shooting for 10 months. 

Packages can be arranged for groups, couples or individuals. There will be guided bus tours of the Island for partners and other activities.
